How we work

Most engagements are led personally by Geoff. For larger programs or specialist work we draw on a network of senior associates we have worked with for years.
We do not pad teams. Every person on a GCA engagement is there because the work needs them, not because the firm needs to keep them busy. That keeps fees honest and keeps the client focus on outcomes.
